Celebrating Christmas.com.au attempts to dispatch all Christmas decoration orders within 2 business days, however orders are subject to stock availability and supply lead times.

Celebrating Christmas.com.au will make every attempt to contact you if there is a problem with Christmas decoration stock availability or we are unable to dispatch your oder.  All Christmas decorations deliveries are insured.  The cost of insurance is included in the delivery charge and there is no additional charge for you to pay.

Australia Post is used as our delivery carrier where possible, though at certain times or for large items a specialised courier may be required.  Please note that the Christmas period is a peak mail and delivery time for all postal and courier companies.  Celebrating Christmas.com.au will advise customers of any unexpected peaks or expected delays communicated by our delivery carriers.

All Christmas decoration deliveries must be signed for by a person at the delivery address, deliveries are not available for collection.  Goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box.  Anyone at the delivery address who receives the Order will be assumed to be authorised to receive the Order on your behalf.

Celebrating Christmas.com.au will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery of your Christmas decorations due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
